- 4 boiled egg
- 3 medium size tomatoes finely chopped
- 3 onions chopped finely
- 1 capsicum finely chopped
- 1 tbsp green garlic chopped
- 50 gm paneer crumbled
- 1 tsp kitchen king masala
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp green chilli ginger paste
- 2 laung
- pinch asafoetida
- 1 cup (100 ml) water
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
Steps to make to make Egg curry
- Firstly boiled egg,peeled it off and cut each of them in two pieces.Chopped all veggies.
- Take oil in a pan, add jeera, long and pinch of asfoetida for tadka.Add green garlic & chilli ginger paste & saute it for 2 minutes. Add chopped onions and saute it until parboiled or golden brown.
- Then add chopped capsicum,stir it n cook it well for 3 to 4 minutes. Now add tomatoes and do same.Cook it wellfor 6 to 8 minutes.
- Now add masalas....salt to taste, red chili powder, jeera powder,black pepper powder etc..& Kashmiri mirch also.
- Add cupful of water to it and boil it.Cover the pan with lid and boil it for 10 minutes
- Now add garam masala and kitchen king masala..stir it well.Gravy is almost done
- Add crumbled paneer to the gravy...stir it..and off the flame.
- To serve egg curry..take two portion of egg in a bowl with gravy and garnish it with chopped coriander.You can eat it with paratha, chapati or roti with onion salad.
