- In blender add water ginger garlic paste, salt, yogurt and besan blend to mix it well and place it in a pan with 5 cups of water.
- Heat the pan after one boil add red chilli, green chilli, turmeric cover it and low the flame for 3 hours. When it is getting thick and yellow in color add pakora.
- For pakora: take a bowl add besan and all the spices, onion green chillies and mix it with water to make a medium batter.
- Heat the oil add the batter to make pakora fry them in medium flame until golden color.
- Add the pakora in curry mix it now add tadka.
- For tadka: heat oil add zeera fry onion until golden brown add Curry patta, dry red chilli fry in high flame and add in the curry.
- Served with boil rice /paratha. 😋
