- Heat oil in a vessel add onion & make brista. In a same oil fried potato.
- Marinate mutton wth curd, ginger garlic paste & salt fr 1/2 hour than cook in pressure cooker till mutton cooked.
- Grind tomato& green chilli in mixi
- In a vessel add tomato paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, cummin powder, coriander powder, biryani masala, Garam masala powder & mutton mix well. Add brista & potato too
- Soak basmati rice in water fr 30 mnt before cooking. I used Normal rice,cooked wth whole garam masala & oil till all water dry.
- In a vessel make first rice layers than mutton masala, than rice. Spinkle yellow food colour & onion brista. Enjoy with onion salad.
