- 1 lemon juice
- 👉 Spices
- Salt to taste

- 1 tbls chilli flakes
- 1 tbls Coriander powder
- 1 tbls garam masala powder
- 1 tbls zeera powder
- 1 tsp haldi/turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ajwain
- Oip for fry

- Wash your hand say BismiAllah and darood shareef.
- Take a fine mince add all spices along with dahi and cornflour and lemon juice... Keep a side
- Take a chopper add onion, tomatoes, green chilli,garlic,ginger,finely chopped it...then pour in stainer and drain it's all excess water.
- Take a blend mince add in chopper,along add fine blend Onion mixture, blend it both for 3-4m or until combined well.

- Place tawa add oil, heat it then place kabab carefully, cook it on medium low flame, check on it and change it's side time to time.
