  3. Fry all the pieces golden brown both the sides and take them out on a plate
  4. Put all the dry cerials, along with onion,garlic & ginger leaving salt & turmeric in a Grinder.
  5. Add 1½ cup water & make out a fine paste
  6. Now use the same left over oil of kadhai and put bay leaf,grinded masala and chopped tomato
  7. Add Salt & Turmeric powder & mix them well.
  8. Cook the masala by covering it with a lid till the masala is cooked well and it is emitting oil.
  9. Put 1½ glass water and stir it well. When it starts boiling, wait for 2 minutes.Then add fried fish and mix them well
  10. Cover it with a lid for 5 minutes. open the lid,toss the pieces to the other side and again cover it with the lid for 2 minutes.
