- 2 cup water
- 1 tbsp yellow food colour
- 1 tbsp kewra water

- In a pot heat oil g. G paste..
- Add chicken then fry for a min..
- When white add all dry spices(salt, red chilli, cumin, coriander garam masala & Biryani masala)
- Bhounfy till oil separate..
- Now add water and potatoes..
- Cover the lid and cook for 8,19 min..
- Mean while Boil rice accordingly (as we do for Biryani rice)..
- Soak rice accordingly to quality or variety..
- Cook and set a side..
- Roughly chopped tomatoes..
- When chicken n potatoes tender..
- Add tomatoes, mint, coriander, brown onion, green chilli over gravy..
- Then sprinkle yellow food colour..
- And add kewra..
- Now put rice over it..
- Cover the lid.. put on high flame for 3,4 min until steam cover all the area..
- Then leave for 15,20 min on low flame..
- Serve with kashumbar..
